Dr Clare Rishbeth

Research Team

Dr Clare Rishbeth was the lead for work package 2 – cultures and values of nature and H&W: reflecting a diverse society. She is a Lecturer in the Department of Landscape, University of Sheffield. Her research focuses on experience of urban landscapes by first generation migrants, and questions how a context of growing superdiversity in urban populations needs to be reflected in practice in landscape architecture, design, planning, policy and management.

Clare took the lead on stakeholder engagement and ensured that other researchers in work package 2 were fully integrated. She liaised with researchers at the University of Derby to ensure close collaboration between work packages 2 and 3 with regard to analysis of the data collected via the ‘noticing nature’ function of the smartphone app.
