Dr Meghann Mears

Meghann was a research associate on work package 1, working on the geography of the natural environment, socio-economic deprivation and health inequalities in Sheffield.

She has a background in ecology and ecosystem services research, with a focus on understanding anthropogenic impacts and developing approaches to managing the environment for both humans and nature.

She is especially interested in understanding spatio-temporal dynamics and variation in ecosystem services production and supply, and in developing applications to support ecosystem service and ecological management.
