Dr Sarah Payne

Dr Sarah Payne is an Assistant Professor of Health in the Built Environment at Heriot-Watt University. She is an Environmental Psychologist who helped oversee work package 2.

Relating to WP2 Sarah’s interests lie in individual experiences of nature and how these may be similar or dissimilar across groups of people. In particular she researches multisensorial experiences of nature and how people across the mental health spectrum may find cognitive and emotional restoration in nature.
